Exchange or Cancellation of Order:
If you would like to change anything with your order, please call us right away at +65 6266 3822. If the order has not been prepared, we will do our best to process the cancellation.
Delivery
With each order, you will receive an estimated delivery time. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery time for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of delivery to that particular delivery zip code, or other unforseen circumstances.
Food Safety
Ready to eat orders are cooked within the hour of pick up, please consume within 2 hours. Items with dairy needs to be refrigerated right away if not consumed immediately. All ordered food, wine and beverages (corked or not) are non-refundable. Morsels, and or MorselsDaBao will not be liable for mishandling or consuming foods past the given time. All our food is prepared under licence of Singapore Food Agency, and all food handlers are licensed to handle food under Singapore Food Agency.
Allergens
Morsels, and or MorselsDaBao is not obligated to provide ingredient information or allergen information on the Platforms. Further, Morsels, and or MorselsDaBao does not guarantee that the Goods sold are free of allergens. If you have allergies, allergic reactions or dietary restrictions and requirements, please contact us before placing an Order.
