1.5kg Guinea Fowl, brined with herbs, Sichuan spices and Guinness, then sous-vide, gently smoked and roasted for incredible juiciness. Served with hearty chestnut glutinous rice. Finished with our house Truffle Guinness Tausi glaze and made with collagen rich stock.

A handcrafted, flavour-packed bird ready to heat, carve and share at your holiday table.

Comes vacuum packed with extra glaze, sauce, and reheating instructions. If you would like us to preheat it so it is ready to eat, please let us know.
