Duck Leg Confit (Frozen Pre-cooked)
Morsels Duck Leg Confit
Ingredients: duck leg, salt, spices, duck fat
Weight:300g +/- (good for 1 pax)
Product comes vaccum packed, frozen. No msg.
Easy Reheating Instructions:
1. Do not cut bag open
2. Defrost overnight in chiller or quick defrost in running water
3. Remove from packet.
4. Get a pan with some cooking oil (start the pan cold), place the duck leg skin side down and turn the heat to medium, pan sear till skin is golden.
5. Bake in oven at 180c for 10 minutes.
Enjoy it with mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta!
Tip: If you cannot finish all the meat, save some with the bone, it makes a great macaroni soup the next day!
