Imanishi-san, together with his team, are also heavily involved in the cultivation of rice used for brewing, adopting low pesticide farming. This is a dry, karakuchi sake with gentle umami of Tsuyuhakaze rice, native to Nara that unfolds slowly, cumulating with a crisp, sharp & dry finish.
