What's in the bowl?
Our newest noodle of the week launched in Spring 2023, inspired by Chef Petrina’s travels to Korea. We have a Korean inspired beef noodle soup, broth cooked for 3 days with bone marrow, femur bones and knee cap. Beef shank and Jacks Creek Brisket slow cooked for 4 days. Served with somen, allium kosho, pickled daikon, freshly sliced leeks and Chinese leeks.
